About
My classes are all about creating a space to learn to connect with your body and use it to move through and express your emotions. I believe movement is therapeutic and I have firsthand felt the changes in my body before and after a dance session. I specialize in styles incorporating fluid movement, floorwork, twerk, burlesque, and mobility. Sign up for class with me, and you can expect to feel empowered, supported, and seen as you grow your confidence!
